Read Synopsis:

Hitman Joe (Nicolas Cage) goes to Bangkok on an assignment to kill four people. He hires pickpocket Kong (Shahkrit Yamnarm) as his assistant and meets a beautiful deaf mute girl along the way. Kong regularly comments on, and asks about Joe's victims being bad people. This awakens Joe's conscience. His fourth target is a politician beloved by the people, including Kong. As a result Joe hesitates when he is about to shoot him, which has dire consequences.
