R-man review:

Longing to see a hero with horns and dark red tail? Luckily this guy doesn't hold a fork-like spear as well. However he really was hell dwellers. That's before he came to earth through a portal created by some idiots.

Hellboy is a dark-themed action sci-fi movie with a bunch of human-like creatures that looks like a frickin' freak show. But Hey! who cares! As long as we have the action, explosions, hard-to-defeat boss and a unique storyline, we'll gladly become vegetables for one and a half hour.

For those who read the comics, probably this is not new, but for the rest, this is really awesome. If I haven't said so, this movie is adapted from a comic with the same title. I am not sure if this movie for primary school kids or older or adults since at times the red devil acts like a clown but one thing for sure, kids watching this movie definitely need parental guidance.

Verdict :
This is one movie I enjoy watching since I like dark-themed shows such as Van Helsing, Underworld, etc. You have to make sure that you come in early otherwise you'll miss how this devil boy comes to work for US government. Come with your popcorn and drinks, you can afford to miss any scenes to thoroughly enjoy the best out of this movie.
